Safe Haven Trauma Therapy

I’m Kate Alston, a trauma-informed therapist who supports women recovering from trauma—big, small, or life wounds—and from the exhaustion of carrying too much for too long. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, mood swings, or a persistent feeling of “something isn’t right,” you’re welcome here - exactly as you are.

Together, we’ll create a personalized healing path that honors your mind and body—addressing the past while building hope for the future. I use EMDR, holistic practices, and compassionate evidence-based therapy to help you feel calmer, more connected, and more like yourself again. We will work to  release painful emotions and patterns, and reconnect you with your strength and self-trust.

Healing is hard—but possible. You are resilient, deserving, and capable of more than survival. You are stronger then you think. If you’re ready for change, support is here. This is your time. When you’re ready, let’s begin your journey—together.
